So, there we were, selling Jerky for dogs at about our 500th Farmers Market and, after 100’s of people asking us about Jerky for themselves or a family member

…we looked at each other and with raised eyebrows …

(having been together for 12 years and married for 7 of those, we each understood what a raised eyebrow meant…)

The very next question was “well, what do you think? To spare you the minutiae of the path and all the decisions needed for this huge transition we will fast forward this story and say simply:
